
Hi, I’m Michele! I’m an Entrepreneur and author of A Plant-Based Revolution Cookbook. My new book is a complete step-by-step guide to a plant-based lifestyle and diet. The book features over 85 delicious, healthy, and family-friendly recipes. I am also a graduate of the Plant-Based Nutrition Certification program from eCornell University.
A Plant-Based Revolution is dedicated to whole food plant-based nutrition that contains no added oil.
