Hi, I’m Michele!   I’m an Entrepreneur and author of A Plant-Based Revolution Cookbook.  My new book is a complete step-by-step guide to a plant-based lifestyle and diet.  The book features over 85 delicious, healthy, and family-friendly recipes.  I am also a graduate of the Plant-Based Nutrition Certification program from eCornell University.

A Plant-Based Revolution is dedicated to whole food plant-based nutrition that contains no added oil. It is my hope this website and my book,  A Plant-Based Revolution Cookbook, will help guide you on your own personal journey to health. Send me an email – I would love to hear from you about your journey, any questions you may have or wanting help with.  I can help you on your journey and transition people with how to start with a plant-based diet.
